I feel your pain man, I'm also bootstrapping my startup and I definitely recognize what you're talking about. I've had experience in other well funded startups and I can tell you that, struggling to keep the servers running, even with cash, consumes all your time, so that issue isn't just for bootstrappers, trust me ;) About working part time, I've been doing exactly that until very recently and well, I can say that if things go ok, you'll find the right moment to jump full time into it.
